Probably the least known and yet fastest growing district of Kalkan is Kordere. Occupying the elevated mountainside that rises above the old ‘yayla’ (mountain village) road, this area has become much loved by holidaymakers in recent years. It is predominantly populated with luxurious holiday villas, sought after because of their uninterrupted, all-encompassing views of the whole of Kalkan and its’ turquoise hues.

The location is wonderfully peaceful, raised well above the bustle of the town centre on the hillside. It invites guests looking for complete relaxation and a higher degree of privacy. You can drive into the picturesque mountains within minutes of Kordere or take a casual ride into Kalkan’s Old Town or harbour in less than 10 minutes by car or taxi.
