The Garden Court Villa Kalkan is completely new to the Kalkan holiday rental market. Its convenient position, just off Kalamar road, puts the bustling old town dining scene, boutique stores, and neighbourhood beach within a 5-minute stroll. This beautiful villa has a unique concept and design, with seven bedrooms to host up to 14 guests and three separate entrances to self-contained living spaces for each level of the property. The villa is generously sized, exquisitely furnished, and has living areas and kitchens on all three floors. It also has a large private pool, a smaller rooftop plunge pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens with super-comfy sun loungers, parasols, and a seating area. It is also conveniently located close to all amenities. Please note that each level of the villa has its own entrance.
Garden Court Villa has a range of outdoor spaces, from the attractive ground floor garden adorned with green foliage and fruit-bearing trees to numerous balconies and a stunning roof terrace with sweeping views of the sea. Our guests can swim in the main private pool or catch the last rays of the day relaxing in the rooftop plunge pool.
The property is arranged as three self-contained living spaces, each with an open-plan living space comprising a lounge, an indoor dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor residence, two double bedrooms on the first floor residence and three double bedrooms on the top floor residence, each with private balconies and en suite shower rooms.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: Ground floor, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and garden access.
2. Bedroom: Ground floor, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC and garden access.
3. Bedroom: First floor, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, shower room.
4. Bedroom: First floor, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
5. Bedroom: Second floor, double bed, air conditioning, armchair, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
6. Bedroom: Second floor, suite bedroom with sea view, two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
7. Bedroom: Third floor in the eaves, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, terrace, bathroom and WC. This room has access to the roof terrace with sun loungers, outdoor seating and a private plunge pool.
Living Room
Each apartment has a contemporary, open-plan lounge area. This space has a seating group, flatscreen Smart television, complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Large glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the ground-floor living room.
Kitchen
Three modernised open-plan kitchens are arranged for optimal usage in each separate apartment. Each fitted kitchen has the modern appliances you could desire from self-catering accommodation. When you want to dine in the cool air conditioning, an indoor dining table is featured next to the kitchen areas. In addition, the generous kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering holiday.
Terrace and Pool
The terrace area is spacious and has a lovely courtyard garden that offers a good level of privacy. You can cool off in the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. In addition, the terrace has plenty of furniture, including a table and chairs, an alfresco dining table, and parasols. On the villa’s top floor is a sun-soaked roof terrace with a plunge pool, seating and sun loungers. You can enjoy beautiful sea views from the roof terrace. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
