Kitchen
The kitchen is designed in a classic country style and is very spacious. It has a central island that functions as a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a grand indoor dining area with a large dining table to seat 10. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 9-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room
The lounge is generously sized and vintage in style, with large comfortable sofas surrounding a coffee table and french doors leading out to the garden. Satellite connection for the flat screen Smart Television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool
Several sets of ornate French doors lead out from the inside living space to an extended patio with a central bespoke swimming pool and alfresco dining area. Fringing the pool are ample sun loungers and outdoor seating, and a stone-built barbecue sits to the side of the shady dining area, so you are well prepared for outside suppers at sunset. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
