The villa’s interior is outstanding, with chic furnishings, cool colour tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding each room with light. A double-height ceiling in the living room and a mezzanine landing from the first floor creates a feeling of spaciousness and allows for perfectly framed views of the turquoise bay from both levels. All bedrooms are generously sized with high-end en suite bathrooms and offer breathtaking sea views. The villa is positioned on the bay’s east side, with a beautiful sea view pool terrace. This terrace is the perfect place to sit for an evening and watch the sun sink behind the mountains across the bay.

You can also reach local amenities on foot by following a footpath to the harbour side or hopping on a water taxi from one of the neighbouring beach clubs. Living Room
The open-plan living room is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the outer terrace, and is finished to a high standard. It features a double-height ceiling and windows to make the most of the gorgeous seascape. Calm white and cream are prominent in the furnishings, with splashes of colour brought in by tastefully chosen soft furnishings and ornaments. This space is arranged with a comfortable seating group, TV, coffee table, 8-seater indoor dining table, separate WC, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The beautiful modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the amenities you could need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the pool terrace. The following amenities are provided for the use of our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and hob.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool
The sea-facing terrace offers unrivalled 180 degrees sea views best enjoyed from the infinity-edged private pool. A bright terrace surrounds the pool, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining area to seat 8, and a BBQ. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season. Please enquire at the time of booking for pool heating.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
