Villa Akasya 3 Kalkan provides serene and stylish accommodation in Kalkan’s Kordere area above the town centre in a raised position. Gazing out over unspoiled sea and mountain views with the famous Snake and Mouse islands as a focal point, you will feel truly rejuvenated in this stunning natural setting. This villa covers one floor, with high ceilings covered by wooden beams, which create a welcoming ambience to the property interior. The interior is modern in concept and décor and is wonderfully spacious so you can enjoy your holiday in comfort. Three en suite bedrooms host up to 6 guests, each continuing the theme of wood in the ceilings and furnishings, with a master room boasting a private Jacuzzi. Both double rooms open out directly onto the pool and garden area and display beautiful views.

The outer terrace is simply stunning, with incredible sea and landscape views. The private infinity pool is the perfect place to take in the awe-inspiring scenery and is fringed with sun loungers for times when you want to relax. The main pool has an integrated outdoor Jacuzzi for an extra luxurious treat. This terrace is not overlooked from the outside and was designed for guests looking for complete privacy. So, you can totally relax while swimming or sunbathing. With the perfect peaceful position for enjoying the spectacular Kalkan sunsets, our guests will have a dream holiday at villa Akasya 3.

Living Room
The lounge area is a bright open plan space with an attractive wooden beamed ceiling and a comfortable seating area overlooking the pool area. Large glass doors front the whole of this ground floor space, framing the sea views and allowing direct access to the pool terrace. This room has a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and dining table.

Kitchen
Combined with the living room, the open plan kitchen is finished with wooden units and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool
The secluded terrace has a large infinity pool at the front with an integrated Jacuzzi, from which you can admire gorgeous natural views of the sea, islands, and green mountains. Surrounding the pool is a terrace and patio area with ample garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
