The villa has a sweeping terrace fringed by green foliage and a large infinity pool as its central focal point. There is an open-air jacuzzi to the side of the terrace, and the pool has shallow areas for sun loungers to sit in so you can recline as the water laps at your feet. In addition, a pergola-shaded alfresco dining area is positioned at the front of the terrace so you can have breakfast with views out to sea at Patara and dine under a sky illuminated with stars. This room’s combination of natural stone and wooden beams has a stunning effect. This spacious lounge area is ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Perfectly furnished for a restful evening, this room is equipped with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, and a nest of tables. Direct access to the pool terrace is provided through full-height glass doors. 

Kitchen
With a country cottage feel, the fitted kitchen and combined breakfast dining area have all you need for a self-catering stay. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven, and hob, and all complete sets of crockery, cutlery, and glassware for six guests, you will not need to venture far from the villa. 

Terrace and Pool
The spacious terrace sweeps across the front of the building, looking out over green hills and the sea below. This terrace offers total privacy as it is not seen from the outside. A large infinity pool sits at the front of the deck with shallow areas where sun loungers sit in the water. The surrounding patio has been designed for outdoor living and is furnished with sun loungers, an alfresco dining table to seat 6, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
 The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
