Living Room
The contemporary, open-plan interior is an excellent space for enjoying evening entertainment. The living room has a comfortable lounging area where you can unwind after a long day in the sun. This room features a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, and a separate WC. This room opens out directly onto the private pool terrace.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is neatly arranged and is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for your self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool
The stylish terrace has a private infinity pool at its edge, which spills out into the sea below. The connecting patio is fully furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, and a BBQ. The upper part of the terrace is connected to the main building and is shaded by a full-length veranda. The veranda is also furnished with an outdoor seating group. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
