Villa Ayser Kalkan is in a desirable location close to the town centre and all of the wonderful amenities Kalkan offers. This villa, fashioned from local stone, is full of charm and attractive spaces for unwinding inside and outside. Multiple terraces and balconies allow guests to enjoy the sun and the dazzling sea views from every aspect. This villa exudes style from the stone-clad exterior to the bright and tastefully arranged interior. The main section of this immaculately presented property has four luxurious double bedrooms. Additionally, a fifth double bedroom is located in a separate apartment with a full kitchen and dining area on the lower ground level. On the first and second floors, a wraparound balcony spans the whole width of the building and offers stunning views of the bay and the sea.

This property is perfect for guests who want to be within easy walking distance of all amenities and is surrounded by mature olive trees, creating an authentic Mediterranean ambience. The views throughout the property are truly breathtaking, with Kalkan’s turquoise bay at the focal point of every space.

Note: During the high season months, check-in days will be on Saturdays. If you send a request for other days of the week, they will not be accepted during June-September.

5. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom, and WC. Lower ground floor with external access.

Kitchen
The kitchen is bright and spacious, with a central island incorporating a breakfast bar, stools, and a hob with an extractor. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 10-guest self-catering stay. A second kitchen with an indoor dining table is featured in the separately accessed, self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor.

Living Room
The lounge is generously sized and minimalist in style, with a large comfortable sofa surrounding a coffee table and facing out to the pool and terrace. Satellite connection for the flat screen television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool
Steps out from the main living space to an extended patio with a central infinity pool and alfresco dining area. At the infinity pool’s edge is a sunken bar area with sunken bar stools just below the water’s surface. Ample sun loungers fringe the pool, and outdoor seating is dotted around the terrace and garden. A shady dining area means you are well prepared for outside suppers at sunset. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
