Living Room
You can cool off and relax after an active day in the open-plan lounge area. You will love entertaining in this modern space which also captures awesome sea views through its large glass doors. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.

A laundry room is off the living room, containing a washing machine and a tumble drier.

A guest cloakroom can also be found adjacent to the living room.

Kitchen
Combined with the living room on the ground floor, the well-equipped monochrome kitchen includes appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A breakfast bar seats up to 6 guests, and the dining table can seat six also,

Terrace and Pool
The sea-facing terrace area has a large infinity pool and a wrap-around private terrace. There is plenty of garden furniture on the patio, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
