This stylish holiday home, spread across four floors, can accommodate ten guests in 5 rooms and includes a fantastic outside space. At the front of the villa is a sizable pool terrace that has been thoughtfully designed with an infinity pool, a shaded dining and lounge area, and sunbathing platforms on either side of the pool. To the front of the pool terrace is a spacious lawn ideal for children to play. Adjacent to the pool terrace is the ground floor open-plan living area that is bright and contemporary. The sumptuous en suite bedrooms have two twin and three double beds. However, the stunning roof terrace of this property, which is furnished with a copious outdoor jacuzzi, a seating area, and sun loungers, is its crowning glory. So relax in the bubbles and take in the stunning seascape while your worries melt away.

Villa Bella is located in the centre of Kalkan’s old town and is just a short stroll from the high street and local Thursday market. A perfect holiday escape for large parties or families travelling with children looking for a luxurious, spacious villa close to all the local conveniences.

Living Room
The generous lounge area is chic and modern with lovely marble flooring, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This space has an L-shaped sofa and lounge chairs, a smart TV, complimentary internet, air conditioning, a coffee table and WC. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through full-height glass doors.

Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is well appointed with the living room in an elegant open plan style and equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an eight-seater dining table, an oven and hob and ample utensils for indoor and outdoor dining.

Garden, Terrace and Pool
This magnificent pool terrace area contains a private swimming pool approximately 4 metres long by 10 metres long, all at the same depth and receiving the morning Mediterranean sun. The patio has a dining table with eight people for outside dining, ten mesh sunbeds, a BBQ, a lovely outdoor L-shaped sofa that comfortably seats 6, and a coffee table. With two gazebos, a parasol, and various covered spots, this outdoor area has been built to accommodate visitors comfortably. It’s the ideal place to escape the heat and unwind with a good book. In addition, a well-kept grassy garden space, spanning 5 m by 12 m, is available and is a fantastic location to relax or kick a ball around. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

On the second floor of the villa, off the master bedroom, is a spacious roof terrace with an open-air jacuzzi, sun loungers and a seating area offering wonderful elevated views of the town and bay.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
