Situated in a high position in Kalkan’s Kalamar district, our three-bedroom villa displays incredible sea views stretching out to the horizon. The interior is finished in subtle grey tones with a sleek fitted kitchen, indoor dining area and inviting lounge combined. All bedrooms are located on the villa’s upper two floors, meaning they benefit from heightened views across the town and bay.

Living Room
The open-plan living room combines the kitchen area and is tastefully decorated and contemporary in design. It connects directly to the outer terrace with views of the pool and the sea below. Ideal for unwinding after a long day in the sun, this room is furnished with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning and a coffee table. Full-height glass doors allow lots of light to flood the room and direct access to the pool terrace for your convenience.

Kitchen
A modern fitted kitchen occupies the rear of the open plan living space with a 6-seater dining table to the front of the kitchen counters with views of the pool terrace and sliding doors which open directly to the alfresco dining area. You can lay the table with ease. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob, toaster and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 6-guest self-catering stay. Direct access to the pool is available through full-height glass doors.

Terrace and Pool
The private terrace has fantastic views far out to sea. To the front of the terrace is an infinity pool with an integrated children’s pool. The surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Villa Eliz is located next to Villa Emir, which can be booked together where availability allows for larger groups or two families travelling together.
