Villa Emir Kalkan is an attractive three-bedroom property set high on the Kalamar hillside of Kalkan. An impressive infinity pool sits at the front of the spacious private terrace boasting tranquil Mediterranean views. Connecting to the outer terrace via sliding doors is an open-plan living space. Here guests can choose to relax with comfortable seating or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, should they choose to dine in the cool interior. This room is bright and roomy, decorated in soft grey shades with cool marble flooring.

Villa Emir sleeps six guests across three lovely en suite bedrooms, making it perfect for friends or families seeking a relaxing break. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, made up of a twin and double en suite and open to private balconies displaying green and turquoise vistas. The third master bedroom occupies the upper floor with stunning panoramic views and a spacious furnished balcony.
Our guests will adore the location with its wonderful views and peaceful ambience, and yet the proximity to the town centre is just a few minutes by car.

Kitchen
A modern fitted kitchen occupies the rear of the open plan living space with a 6-seater dining table to the front of the kitchen counters with views of the pool terrace and sliding doors which open directly to the alfresco dining area so you can lay the table with ease. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob, toaster and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 6-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room
The sleek lounge has full-height windows to either side, allowing a bright and airy ambience. Elegant furnishings fill the room with a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Satellite connection for the television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool
Outside is a lovely terrace with an infinity swimming pool and comfortable patio incorporating a sitting area, barbecue and alfresco dining area and ample sun bed for leisurely lounging. The pool attendant completes daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
