Beautiful, contemporary Villa Figen Kalkan was constructed in 2020 and is perfectly positioned for you to experience all the wonderful amenities of Kalkan at your feet. The town, restaurants, and beach are a leisurely 10-15 minute walk from this lower area of Ortaalan. The property is accessible by about 25 stairs, which greatly enhances the privacy of the pool area. This luxurious property’s balconies have beautiful views, and it has been furnished and decorated in a modern style. The interior has incredibly well-appointed rooms, and the use of artwork and bespoke furnishings create beautiful spaces on every level. It features four lovely bedrooms with spacious bay-facing balconies and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the master room boasts a king-size bed and private jacuzzi.

Living Room
The lounge area is one level above the pool terrace and has a cosy sitting room ideal for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing ambience and far-reaching sea views, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD television, free internet, indoor dining table, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. You can go to the pool terrace from the living room via a flight of external steps.

You are welcomed into an open-plan living area on the ground level as soon as you enter. This area has a lounge area with two comfy sofas, air conditioning, and a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix for the guests’ amusement. (You must have a separate Netflix account). Two sets of patio sliding doors open directly onto the pool deck. This wonderful feature floods the room with light.

Kitchen
The contemporary, roomy open-plan kitchen is furnished with all of your culinary utensils, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, integrated dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker and all the utensils required for a self-catering property. A wooden dining table with six seats is located in this area and is ideal for hosting parties and family gatherings.

Pool, Terrace and Garden

A private pool with access through Roman stairs is approximately 15m x 4m in size, with a shallow end for sunbeds at the centre of the garden and terrace. There are non-slip tiles on the terraces, especially those around the pool. With a pergola and three parasols, this outdoor area has been created to accommodate visitors in several covered spaces comfortably. The spacious veranda is furnished with 7 sunbeds (2 additional are on the roof terrace), a gas BBQ and a table that accommodates 8 people for outdoor eating. Around the entire property is a lovely garden area with mature plants.

A comfortable L-shaped sofa and coffee table are placed on the wonderful roof terrace, making it the ideal spot to relax and take in the mesmerising sea views. The terrace has two sunbeds, a parasol, and a glass screening so that you can fully enjoy the views. A two-person sunken bath jacuzzi is located on the wooden decking, up a few steps, and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
