Villa Gulay Kalkan’s modern design and premium finish will enchant our guests. This stylish holiday home, spread across three floors, can accommodate ten guests in 5 rooms and includes a fantastic outside space. At the front of the villa is a sizable pool terrace that has been thoughtfully designed with an infinity pool, a covered dining and lounge area, and sunbathing platforms on either side of the pool. For those who like to stay active, there is an outside table tennis table where you can compete and decide who will pay for dinner!

The ground level has a sizable, open-plan living area that is bright and contemporary in style. Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen and indoor eating room to the fullest during your self-catering holiday. Two twin beds and three double beds are used in the sumptuous bedrooms. Each room is large and has marble flooring and an en suite. The stunning roof terrace of this property, which is furnished with a copious outdoor jacuzzi, a pear swing seat, and sun loungers, is its crowning glory. Relax in the bubbles and take in the stunning seascape while your worries melt away.

Living Room
The generous lounge area is chic and modern with lovely marble flooring, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This space is fitted with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through full-height glass doors.

Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is well appointed with the living room in an elegant open plan style and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, dining table, oven and hob and ample utensils for indoor and outdoor dining.

Garden, Terrace and Pool
A generous private terrace sits at the front of the villa and gets day log sun. A large infinity pool features at the centre of the terrace, with a small lawn below the pool. The patio has plenty of outdoor furniture, including rattan seating, a dining area, sun loungers, a swing, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
