Living Room
The lounge area is open plan and arranged for entertaining and relaxing after a long day in the sun. The living room has a seating group, television, DVD player, fireplace, dining table for 6, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and WC. In addition, you can access the pool area from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen area sits behind the living room in the same open-plan space. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering retreat.

Garden, Terrace and Pool
The private terrace is split level and has a large private pool on the lower terrace. The outside space is arranged with ample garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. Upper terraces and furnished balconies are accessed via the living space and bedrooms, each with a unique view of the bay and allowing you to catch the sun wherever you are in the villa. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
