Villa Kalamar Kalkan sits in a serene location perched above the calm waters of Kalamar Bay. Three stylish bedrooms are tastefully arranged, each with a private bathroom and elevated views across Kalamar Bay. On the ground floor, next to the pool terrace, is a bright and spacious open-plan living space comprising a kitchen, indoor dining space, and lounge with a feature fireplace. Outside the villa, you can enjoy long summer afternoons cooling off in the infinity pool or admiring the sea vistas from your favourite spot on the terrace.

Kitchen
There is an American kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine, cookware and pans, dinnerware, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 6-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room
The stylish open-plan lounge welcomes guests. The lounge features a comfortable living room set, sofa and armchairs. The lounge has a fireplace, DVD player, TV, dining table, and chairs. There is access to the terrace, which leads to the pool and garden.

Terrace and Pool
Steps out from the main living space to a private patio with a curved kidney-shaped infinity pool, sunbathing terrace, and an alfresco dining area. Ample sun loungers surround the pool, and outdoor seating is arranged around the terrace and garden.  The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
