Villa Lagoon

Villa Lagoon Kalkan is situated in the Kalamar Bay district of Kalkan on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, displaying a magnificent fusion of architectural design and interior decor. An exquisite terrace offers a relaxing haven where you can spend peaceful summer days. The focal point is the infinity pool, which perfectly compliments the extraordinary views of the azure sea and green mountains. Raised above the swimming pool is an outdoor Jacuzzi that cascades down into the pool below. Shaded areas to the rear of the pool terrace feature attractive outdoor furnishings where you can dine alfresco or sit and enjoy your morning coffee in tranquillity. Inside, the decor is bold and striking. Large glass doors connect the outer and inner spaces and lead to a spacious open-plan living space. Four bedrooms are spaced over three floors with a double en suite conveniently arranged on the ground floor with access to the living space and pool terrace- perfect for guests with limited mobility. Two master bedrooms are available, with his and hers sinks, Jacuzzis, and separate dressing room areas. Villa Lagoon is one of the few villas in Kalkan to provide pool heating for guests, meaning that the stunning infinity pool can be enjoyed even in the cooler months. Guests may use this feature at an additional weekly cost; please enquire at the time of booking.

The Kalamar Bay Beach Club and the sea are both close to the property, and some fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance.

The villa is equipped with CCTV cameras and infrared’s for maximum security at all times.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, balcony with a unique sea view, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing room, bathroom, and WC.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, roof terrace access with a unique sea view, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing room, bathroom, and WC.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom, and WC.

4th Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom, and WC.

Pool and Terrace:

On the outer terrace are a private patio, an infinity swimming pool, sunbathing area, eight sun loungers, parasols, a rattan seating group, an 8-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
