Living Room
The generous lounge area is open-plan in style and connects to a lovely indoor dining area and an American-style kitchen. The lounge has a relaxing ambience and a planet of space perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. Here you will find large sofas, a TV, a DVD player, a children’s bed, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table, and WC.

Kitchen
The modernized kitchen is bright and roomy, with direct access to the pool terrace outside. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, toaster oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday. Adjacent to the kitchen is the indoor dining area.

Terrace and Pool
The pool area is truly spectacular, with an incredible infinity pool stretching across the length of the terrace. Shallow ends and a jacuzzi section are integrated into the main pool design. Luxurious sun loungers and outdoor furnishings complete the terrace space with an alfresco dining area and seating areas arranged for your comfort. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
