Villa Loca Kalkan is an ultra-modern villa with unique architecture and a fantastic private terrace with dazzling views across the sea and bay at Kisla in Kalkan. To the front of the villa is a well-appointed terrace with a large infinity pool that merges with the turquoise sea, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. If you enjoy summer-style feasting, there is an alfresco dining area at the rear of the terrace. Stepping inside the villa through the full-height glass windows that connect the outer terrace with the open-plan living space, you will be struck by the unique angular shape and ultra-modern design. The high-tech kitchen is striking in black and white and features a central island serving as a breakfast bar. A floating staircase leads down to the lower ground level, where a second spacious living room with a foosball table for entertainment. This property offers four contemporary bedrooms which can host seven guests.

Living Room
The chic living room sits behind the pool terrace area with large glass windows framing the pool and sea views. This open-plan room occupies the same large room as the kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a seating group, an indoor dining table, an LCD television, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You access the pool area directly from the living room. A second sitting room with a seating area and foosball table are one level below. Large glass windows in front of this room so you can still enjoy the magical views.

Kitchen
The contemporary fitted kitchen sits beside the living room and looks over the pool terrace. This space has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the dinnerware and utensils required for self-catering accommodation.

Terrace and Pool
The private terrace is fronted by an infinity pool with Roman steps entrance. The patio wraps around the sharp contours of the villa building, which created a shaded area to the rear where the alfresco dining area with BBQ is featured. The patio has ample garden furniture, including sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, a dining table, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
