Villa Lumineux Kalkan is a spacious villa in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan and hosts up to 12 guests with six en-suite bedrooms. Set on the hills just above the sea, the property offers captive views of the dazzling turquoise bay and harbour, and this area of Kalkan has the advantage of the latest evening sun and spectacular sunsets. A wrap-around pool terrace provides you with everything you need to savour your time in the sun, including a curved infinity pool, ample sun loungers, and pergola shaded dining area. There is even an authentic Turkish-style corner seating area, perfect for reclining with a book in the shade.

The sleek interior covers three floors with tastefully arranged contemporary rooms which feel light and spacious. At the ground floor level, a sizeable living area with a modernised kitchen containing high-quality appliances and a breakfast bar integrated into a large kitchen island. A total of 6 bedrooms occupy this villa, each with sleek glass-fronted en-suite bathrooms, sea views, and private balcony access. Five doubles and one twin are available, and the master room at the top of the villa features a large freestanding jacuzzi and roof terrace furnished with a table and chairs, deck chairs, and sunbeds.

A short walk from Palm and Zest beach clubs and within walking distance to the town and harbour, this villa is in a great convenient location with breathtaking sea and bay views. So for a truly magical Kalkan holiday with day-long sun, villa Lumineux is ready to host you.

Please note: The property owner has made us aware that a new construction will be erected in the plot in front of this property over the winter period 2022/2023. To date, the views from the villa have not been impacted. We will monitor the situation and will update our images once the new construction is complete if there are any changes to the view from the villa.

Living Room
The lounge area is an excellent and comfortable space for relaxing after a hot day on the terrace. This room has a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, DVD player, and coffee table. This room is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is American style, connecting with the ground floor living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, and all the dinnerware required for a self-catering property.

Terrace and Pool
The private outside space comprises a spacious patio that wraps around the villa building and has a curved infinity pool that merges with the sea. The terrace has plenty of garden furniture, including sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a seating group, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
