The interior is bright and modern and has a spacious open-plan living area occupying the ground floor. This inviting room is furnished in warm tones and features an indoor dining area, a large fitted kitchen, and a lounge. A winding staircase leads up through the property to the deluxe bedrooms. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. Stylish en-suite bathrooms are appointed in every bedroom, and they all have walk-in showers. At the head of the villa is a large roof terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor seating so you can take advantage of the spectacular sea views. The roof terrace is ideal for enjoying a beverage as the sun goes down and watching as the town comes to life with ambient lighting.

Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen has sleek units and a large dining table to the front, which looks out onto the pool area. Open plan to the living room, this kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering break.

Living Room
The bright and contemporary lounge is ideal for entertaining day or night and has lovely sea views. Perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun, the living room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, a coffee table, and WC. You can access the pool terrace from the living room through sliding glass doors.

Pool and Garden
The main terrace has a private infinity pool at the centre and is fully equipped for outdoor living. Our guests can enjoy using the large patio furniture, including sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining table for 8, a BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
