Villa Merlot

Villa Merlot Kalkan is a beautiful yet understated residence perched high on the Kalamar hills with expansive views of the Mediterranean. The villa is three stories tall and features a modern interior with spacious rooms, gleaming marble flooring, and cosy modern furnishings. Five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located between the first and second floors, with balconies or terraces with sea views. Families will like the twin and double rooms on the lower level, which connect to the courtyard garden area.

The front of the property has a large terrace that receives plenty of sunlight and offers room for various outdoor activities. The patio faces south, so it receives sunlight all day and provides some breathtaking sunset views. The infinity-edge swimming pool offers welcome relief from the daytime sun. An elevated outdoor jacuzzi connects to the pool, which is ideal for unwinding and taking in breathtaking sea views. Read a book while lounging in the pergola’s shade or have dinner al fresco while gazing up at the stars at the outdoor dining table. Villa Merlot is an excellent option for your Kalkan escape due to its close access to the town and services, tranquil setting, and stunning views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is finished to a very high standard with brushed grey fittings and an indoor dining table to seat 10. Glass doors allow direct access to the alfresco dining area from the kitchen. Amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, water dispenser and all the utensils and dinnerware required for ten guests self-catering.

Living Room
Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. This room features a sumptuous L-shaped sofa, coffee table and entertainment centre with a smart TV that can connect to your Netflix. A cloakroom area and WC are on the ground floor next to the living space.

Terrace, Garden and Pool
A generous pool terrace combines a sunbathing area and a patio with shaded alfresco dining and seating areas. At the centre is a large infinity swimming pool with a raised jacuzzi and a shallow area within the main pool where sun loungers sit in the water. An intimate courtyard garden with lovely landscaped planting is on the lower ground floor outside the bottom bedrooms.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival and once per week after check. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
