Situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, the contemporary Villa Moon Shine Kalkan is just a short walk from the sea. Ideal for a large family or group of friends, our villa hosts up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms. This stunning 4-bedroom property is complete with all you need to experience a truly luxurious Kalkan visit. The property is finished to a very high standard and boasts magnificent views of Kalamar bay, surrounded by unspoiled green mountains. The extended terrace is separated into two areas with the infinity pool, integrated outdoor jacuzzi and surrounding sunbathing patio to the side of the villa. Stretching along the front of the building is a shaded terrace with an upscale seating area and an alfresco dining space fronted by palm trees and a small lawn—step inside the fabulous living area with trendy sofas and TV. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar integrated into the island with a hob. If you wish to dine indoors, an ample dining space sits at the front of the kitchen overlooking the pool and terrace. All bedrooms have deluxe en-suite bathrooms, and there are two master doubles, each with a private jacuzzi. Another double and a twin are available, and each room opens onto a private sea-facing balcony.

Living Room
The modern living area is ideal for entertaining and has views out to sea. The living room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, sound system, free internet, air conditioning and coffee table. You can access the pool terrace from the living room through large sliding doors.

Kitchen
The bright American-style kitchen has plenty of preparation space and a breakfast bar integrated into the hob island. In addition, it features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, 8-seater dining table, toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool
The private terrace is tastefully arranged with ample garden furniture, including an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, BBQ, parasols and outdoor seating. To the side of the terrace is a large infinity pool with an integrated outdoor jacuzzi. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
