4. Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom, Jaccuzi, and WC. (Second Floor)

Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen is finished with black units and a breakfast bar and is equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Living Room
The minimalist lounge area is an ideal space for unwinding with views of the pool. It has access to the outdoor terrace through full-height glass doors, which frame the views of the bay. The lounge area is relaxed and comfortable, perfect after a long day in the sun. This space has multiple seating groups, a Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Games Room

The villa’s ground floor also houses the games room, which has a convertible pool/table tennis table for visitors who like to compete and a sauna and Turkish Hammam for those who like to unwind and revitalise.

Terrace and Pool
The generous terrace has a beautiful shaded alfresco dining area with a BBQ and a sunbathing patio with comfortable loungers.  At the front of the terrace is a large pool with steps and a ladder entrance. Crowning the villa is a well-appointed roof terrace with sea views, furnished with sun loungers and seating. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
