Villa Ozma Kalkan boasts an enviable location perched above the calm waters of Kalamar bay. This is a vast deluxe holiday residence, meaning its carefully crafted spaces and bedrooms are generously sized. Additionally, they boast some of Kalkan’s top en suite bathrooms. The luxury doesn’t end with the bedrooms; through several sizable sliding glass doors, the expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area spectacularly connects to the terraces, pool, and sea vistas beyond. A large dining table for 10 people is situated on the swimming pool terrace in a covered area with views of the sea across the pool—the ideal setting, in fact, to take advantage of the waning afternoon sun.

Note: During the high season months, check-in days will be on Saturdays. If you send a request for other days of the week, they will not be accepted during June-September.

Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen area features granite worktops and high-end appliances and is adjacent to the inside dining area. The kitchen is bright and spacious, with a central island incorporating a breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 10-guest self-catering stay.
Living Room
The lounge is generously sized and minimalist in style, with a large comfortable sofa surrounding a coffee table and facing out to the pool and terrace. Unlimited complimentary WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity to enable you to listen to your own music collection through the villa sound system, a large screen TV with English-speaking/ HD Satellite channels, and a DVD player help to keep you connected during your stay.
Terrace and Pool
Steps out from the main living space to an extended patio with a central infinity pool, uninterrupted sea views, and an alfresco dining area. Cool stone terraces extend to the front and side of the property, with a garden area and hammock for a shady siesta. Ample sun loungers fringe the pool, and outdoor seating is dotted around the terrace and garden. A shady dining area means you are well prepared for outside suppers at sunset. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
