Villa Pastoral

Villa Pastoral Kas is located in the Bayindir area of Kas. Its position on the green hills above the sea allows for breathtaking views of rolling green hills and the azure sea stretching to the horizon. You can also enjoy high levels of privacy as the position of this villa means it is not overlooked as it sits on an unpopulated mountainside. Our stunning villa sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 en suite bedrooms, making for a perfect family holiday or romantic honeymoon escape. The interior and exterior exude contemporary class, with thoughtful design and quality fittings. The private terrace gives you a heavenly space in which to unwind. You can prepare an alfresco feast in comfort as there is a built-in BBQ and a kitchenette with a combined outdoor bar area and fridge. This part of the terrace is shaded by a large gazebo and features a large wooden dining table. At the far end of the terrace is an infinity-edged swimming pool with a sunbathing patio so you can soak up the sun on a hot Mediterranean day.

The interior covers two floors, and the open-plan living space is on the top floor. This bright and airy room comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and guest WC. A staircase leads down to the lower ground floor, two en suite bedrooms, and the master room features a sea-view jacuzzi room. This villa will give you a truly peaceful retreat 10 km from the main town with restaurants and shops. With a beautifully appointed private terrace and chic interior, you will have a fantastic time at Villa Pastoral. You will be counting the days until you can return!

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are on the lower ground floor below the living space and pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and WC

Living Room
The bright and airy lounge is on the entrance floor adjacent to and connecting to the pool terrace. You can spend relaxing hours in this wonderfully decorated room, which features a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and WC.

Kitchen
An open-plan kitchen and indoor dining space sit on the entrance floor adjacent to the living room. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob. Lovely landscape views can be admired from the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool
The stunning terrace has a large gazebo shade covering a spacious patio with an alfresco dining area, built-in BBQ, bar, kitchenette and seating group. To the side of the terrace are an infinity pool and sunbathing platform with sun loungers. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
