Perched on the peak of Kalkan’s Kalamar area, this lovely villa looks out to elevated views of the bay, the captivating shoreline of the Turquoise Coast, and the lights of Kalkan town. Villa Pax Kalkan covers three storeys, and the ground floor room opens out to the poolside and terrace and includes a modern fitted kitchen and a light and spacious living room. There are four stylish, abundant bedrooms, all with en suite bath or shower room, air conditioning and a glass-fronted balcony displaying those turquoise views.
Crowning the villa, the roof-top terrace has a comfortable seating area where you can marvel at the atmospheric lighting up of Kalkan’s quaint town as you sip a beverage under the stars. An upscale pool terrace is replete with a furnished deck for relaxation, a barbecue and al fresco dining area, and an inviting infinity pool which seems to cascade into the bay below.
A downhill stroll leads you to the populated area of Kalamar, where you can find some incredible restaurants and a beach club with water sports facilities. A short 4-minute taxi ride will take you to the town centre and Old Town.

Kitchen
The kitchen is finished in a contemporary colour scheme and fully fitted. It combines the ground floor lounge to make up ample living space. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for an 8-guest self-catering stay.
Living Room
Open plan in style, the living room is furnished with elegant pieces and set up for guests to enjoy unwinding indoors. The lounge is equipped with an internet connection, flat screen TV, DVD player and library for entertainment.
Terrace and Pool
The sizeable outer terrace faces south, so it gets plenty of sunshine and has an infinity-edged swimming pool set into the centre. It has been designed to be an attractive visual feature and a fantastic amenity. With a sunken jacuzzi, shallow pool for setting sun loungers into the water, floating platforms with sun beds and steppingstones across the water, this private pool is a stunning focal point. Adjacent to the kitchen is an external dining area, conveniently positioned so you can easily prepare meals and dine alfresco. Ample outdoor seating is available on a shady platform to the side of the swimming pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
The apex of this brand-new property is the generous roof terrace furnished with a seating group and table and chairs. Here you can spend enchanting evenings gazing at the illuminated town.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
