Contemporary Villa Sabr Kalkan is a five-bedroom, 10-guest capacity villa. This property offers an exceptionally high standard of accommodation in a fabulous location in an elevated part of Kalkan’s Kalamar area. The villa has an upturned layout with four of five en suite bedrooms on the lower ground floor fronted by beautiful, landscaped gardens and a patio with an outdoor jacuzzi. The entrance floor has a smart open-plan living and kitchen area, with high windows emphasizing the sea and island views. Large glass doors lead from the living space to the panoramic pool terrace with an infinity pool with Roman steps for an accessible entrance. A shaded dining terrace is equipped with built-in barbeque for alfresco breakfasts and suppers.
A balcony on the first floor and a terrace at ground level that extends the entire width of the property on both levels provide some lovely spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Attractive mature planting on both levels is a nice feature of the outside area. The villa has been designed to provide a seamless connection between inside and outside spaces with large glass sliding doors. The result is a light-filled living space extending to the pool and dining terraces. At the first floor level, a balcony at the front of the property opens up to a spacious pool and dining terrace furnished with sunbeds/ umbrellas, some rattan seating, and a dining table and chairs. A large stone BBQ with storage sits just behind the dining area. There are sea views from many parts of the first-floor terraces. The location is peaceful, and being high up on the slopes of Kalamar offers endless sea views and is around a 25-minute walk from the town centre and Old Town.

Kitchen
Finished with cool white with black granite toppers, the kitchen is fully fitted and features a breakfast table for days when you want to dine in the cool interior. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 10-guest self-catering stay.
Living Room
Adjoining the kitchen, the living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa TV with European channels, a CD player, a sound system and a coffee table. Satellite connection for the television and free wireless internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.
Terrace, Garden and Pool
This charming villa benefits from two lovely outside spaces. Off the indoor living space are the main terrace with an infinity pool, alfresco dining area, sunbathing platform and outdoor seating. Stone steps lead down from this terrace to a beautiful garden space vibrant with bougainvillaea and plush greenery. All lower-ground bedrooms open out onto this garden space, where there is an outdoor jacuzzi. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
