This elevated space is the jewel of the property, ideally equipped for relaxing or romantic evenings watching the sunset whilst soaking in the open-air Jacuzzi- heaven. The interior has been completed to a high standard with cool, modern decor and open-plan living space. Three luxurious bedrooms host up to six guests, each with chic en suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Ideal for a family or group of friends, our villa has superb amenities, including a large outdoor pool, rooftop outdoor Jacuzzi and table tennis table. Guests staying at Villa Samira 4 can use the facilities at the neighbouring Samira Resort hotel, where there is a large pool, sun terrace and bar serving drinks, snacks and lunch (all edibles will be charged as extra). Resort facilities include 24-hour reception, breakfast (200TL per person for English breakfast and 150TL per person for Turkish open buffet, prices correct at time of writing in 2022), lunch (prices in resort), dinner (prices in resort), money exchange, communal pool and games lands.

Living Room

The relaxing lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining, located on the ground floor adjacent to the pool terrace. Soft monotone colours and a specially designed hung ceiling with led lighting create a calming mood in the living room. This space is furnished with a seating group, TV, complimentary WiFi internet, air conditioning and coffee table.

Kitchen
Arranged at the rear of the ground floor interior space, the modern kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and hob, plus all the utensils and dinnerware required.

Terrace and Pool
The terrace patio encompasses the whole villa building and is well arranged, with plenty of garden furniture. There are ample sun loungers, comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ, an alfresco dining table, gazebo shade and parasols. The large private pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee, and there is a shallow end where sunbeds can sit on the water, or smaller children can paddle. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
