If you are searching for a villa that offers peace and tranquillity away from the bustle of the town, then Villa Sea Kalkan is just the place. Situated in Kalkan’s serene Kisla district, this property has striking and attractive architecture and views of the bay that you could only dream of. The uniquely designed private terrace is a heavenly place where you can spend your summer days relaxing. A curved infinity pool leads into a dome-shaped cave above which a raised sunbathing platform is set. Our villa is excellent for a honeymoon couple, romantic holiday, or family holiday and has two en suite bedrooms that can host up to 4 guests. Inside the villa, an attractive bright white and aqua colour scheme perfectly compliments the azure views. You will have a fantastic holiday at Villa Sea, with incredible sea views and a beautiful interior.

Bedrooms

Living Room
The living room is bright and stylishly fitted with views of the pool and sea. Cool and comfortable, this room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The living room is furnished with a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table, and WC. Glass doors lead out from the living room to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
At the back of the living space is the fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware necessary for a self-catering stay.
Terrace and Pool
The attractive outside space has a lovely, curved infinity-edged pool which is partially secluded so you can have more privacy. Outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, seating groups, an outside dining table, a BBQ, and parasols, are provided for our guests. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
