Villa Talya

The stunning Villa Talya is located in the charming Yali area of Patara, a short drive from the town of Kalkan and the historical site at Patara. Crafted in local wood and stone and nestled in plush green woodlands, this property is a sight to behold. The interior is spaced over one floor with an open-plan living space and two elegant bedrooms which comfortably sleep four guests. Both bedrooms are terrace-facing with direct access to the outside area and have lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The interior design artfully blends the use of natural materials with modern furnishing and tasteful decor to create an inviting space ideal for a family getaway.

Outside, the villa offers an equally enticing area with a pool terrace designed not to be overlooked and offers complete privacy from the outside world. You can gaze from the infinity pool or alfresco dining area over the valley and out to the shoreline at Patara beach. A private, shaded parking port is located at the entrance to the villa.

Note: The pool heating is available for all dates, excluding the period between June 15th and September 15th. The heating feature can be activated for an additional daily fee. Please ask at the time of booking or at least seven days before check-in if you would like this feature.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room
The lounge area is beautifully appointed with high wood-beamed ceilings and stone walls. As the villa covers the whole ground floor level, the open plan living space and both bedrooms open onto the pool terrace. The lounge area is arranged with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning and an indoor dining table.

Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is finished with cool grey units combined with the living room and dining area. The kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a kettle, an oven and hob, and dinnerware for four guests. So you will have everything you could desire for your self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool
The secluded terrace is beautifully arranged for you to enjoy long summer days. Our guests have use of a private infinity pool, outdoor double Jacuzzi, sun loungers, alfresco dining area with BBQ and outdoor seating. Set against the stunning natural backdrop of sea and mountains you will have a fantastic time on this private terrace day or night. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
