A large games room is on the lower level of the property, where you can enjoy a game of pool or table tennis in relief from the midday sun.

Outside our guests can luxuriate on the private terrace and unwind in the walled gardens. The patio features a large swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounding lawns and ample outdoor furniture. You can enjoy alfresco dining below the shady pergola and prepare yourself a sundowner in the poolside bar.

The property location is a mere three-minute drive from the marina, the centre of Gocek and the beach. As a resident of Villa Vista, the Mediterranean coast and the historic locations nearby are effectively part of your immediate surroundings. As well as the marina and the beach, Gocek offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques. With luxuriously easy access to the whole region, by land or sea.

This villa is also fitted with an elevator, dumb waiter and CCTV for security.

Guests staying at this property can benefit from an extra package with deluxe services that are detailed below;

A 520HP Doral Boca Grande Cruiser Boat and a fourteen-passenger (14+1) Ford Transit Van, with a chauffeur, can be available for your exclusive use anytime. Your resident chauffeur will convey you by land or sea to any great local sites and secluded beaches that take your fancy. In addition, the resident cook will prepare a mouth-watering array of traditional Anatolian dishes or a delicious barbecue for you.

The extra package (Caretaker/Cook, Housekeeper, Captain/Chauffeur, Boat & Van (Mercedes Vito & Doral Boca Grande Cruiser) with full amount of fuel needed, Airport Transfers) is purchased separately for a weekly rate. Living Room

Located on the property’s ground floor, the eclectic living room offers multiple areas for lounging. The space is arranged comfortably, with an elegant sitting area extending into an indoor dining area and the kitchen. French doors connect to a glorious terrace with an alfresco dining area that overlooks the villa grounds and sea. A separate WC is located on this floor next to the living space.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen features high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, indoor dining table and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Gardens, Terraces and Pool

Outside Villa Vista are layers of grounds comprising a beautifully arranged terrace, mature gardens and an alfresco dining area. The first substantial terrace is the pool terrace at the side of the main villa building and living space. A large infinity pool provides cooling relief from the midday sun and has spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. From here, steps lead down to the next level, where an indoor games room exists. This room is fronted by a glorious terrace fringed with greenery.

Cleaning and Maintenance

If you are not booking the extra service package available at Villa Vista, the cleaning will be as follows.
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
