Set on the hills of Kalkan’s up-and-coming Kiziltas district Villa Zara Kalkan combines contemporary design with luxury facilities to significant effect. Crafted to maximize light, spaciousness, and natural scenery, the villa’s interior is exquisitely assembled. The grand open-plan living space features an ultra-modern kitchen and deluxe lounging area decorated in an attractive indigo hue. A double-height ceiling and two-story windows sit above the living room, with a mezzanine landing from the floor above overlooking the living space. Our villa has four spacious en suite bedrooms and can host up to 8 guests, each with sea-facing balconies.

In addition, Villa Zara has some great outdoor highlights, including a large infinity pool with an integrated children’s splash pool, a shady alfresco dining area with BBQ, and a hand-crafted outdoor seating area. This is set against uninterrupted views of the islands floating on the crystal-clear sea. At the head of the villa, you will discover a spacious roof terrace also furnished with sun loungers- ideal for guests who want to catch the day’s final rays. Living Room
The fantastic sea views can still be enjoyed inside the property in the open-plan lounge area. This modern space offers relaxation after a busy summer day and is finished with a seating group, TV, satellite connection, and coffee table.

Kitchen
The kitchen area combines modern American style with the indoor lounging area and features a breakfast bar for indoor dining. Modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, iron, ironing board, oven, and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay are provided for our guests.

Terrace and Pool
The terrace is complete with a large infinity pool and an integrated children’s pool. The patio area has plenty of outdoor furniture for you to relax under the sun. In addition, there are sun loungers, an outdoor seating area, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. A second terrace can be found at the top of the villa, which is also furnished with sun loungers. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
